Image Information -Our office has received reports of fraudulent text messages and emails regarding pretrial release and bond conditions that improperly use our official seal. Please be advised that the Davidson County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office does not handle matters related to pretrial release or bond conditions. Please use caution when receiving any communication via text or email and do not provide personal information or make payments in response to unsolicited messages. Questions regarding pretrial release should be directed to the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office at 615-862-8124.
