Fourth Circuit Pro Se Divorce Motion to Set Docket
- A maximum of 10 cases will be scheduled on each docket.
- After filing your Motion to Set, you must confirm that your case was scheduled for the date you requested.
- If the date you requested is full, the Clerk’s Office will reject your Motion to Set. You must then file your Motion to Set for the next available date.
You may contact the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office to confirm your hearing
date.
