In Person Payments

In Person Payments for Clerk Fees may be made using

  • Cash
  • Personal Check, Cashier’s Check or Money Order payable to “Probate Court Clerk”
  • Credit/Debit Card – We have contracted with an independent company that accepts most major credit and debit cards. The vendor charges an additional non-refundable 2.25% processing fee for this convenience.

E-File Payments

Payment for E-Filing must be made at the time of filing. Payments can be made using:

  • eCheck – We have contracted with an independent company that processes ACH payments. The vendor charges an additional non-refundable 2.25% processing fee for this convenience.
  • Credit/Debit Card – We have contracted with an independent company that accepts most major credit and debit cards. The vendor charges an additional non-refundable 2.25% processing fee for this convenience.
