Special Instructions for Use of Zoom
Attorneys and pro se litigants who appear by ZOOM must use their full name as their “Display Name” and turn on both their audio and video so that you can be identified by the ZOOM host.
When ZOOM is made available, attorneys and pro se litigants may make legal argument by ZOOM. However, except in limited matters deemed administrative in nature, witness testimony (including testimony of pro se litigants) will not be permitted by ZOOM absent a court order granting permission pursuant to Tennessee Rule of Civil Procedure 43.01.
Persons who are not attorneys or pro se litigants may observe the proceedings via ZOOM when it is made available, but may not participate in the proceedings via ZOOM and must turn off their audio and video so as not to disrupt or cause distraction from the proceedings.
