Our office is excited to introduce our new E-filing system! The e-filing system will be robust and allow the filing of cases electronically across the Circuit, Probate, and General Sessions-Civil offices. The system will automate and streamline many functions. Beginning July 22, 2019, our office will transition to e-filing in our Circuit and Probate offices. E-filing in General Sessions-Civil will follow in the fall.
We are also excited to launch our free training sessions. Training will be held in the Historic Courthouse Jury Assembly Room G7. Attendees must sign-up for each session (space is limited) and are encouraged to bring their own laptop for hands-on training. Sign-up today by clicking the sign-up link below. Come and learn a new way to file legal documents with the court system.
