Our office is excited to introduce our new e-filing system! On July 22, 2019, our office transitioned to e-filing in our Circuit and Probate offices. In our General Sessions-Civil office, e-filing is limited to Orders of Protection and Emergency Committals until early 2020. We are at the forefront of this new technology and it enhances our service to the Courts, legal community and citizens of Davidson County. The Offices of the Circuit Court Clerk aim to achieve an unmatched level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
We have developed detailed user guides and video tutorials to help facilitate this transition. This is a big change for everyone and we are here to serve and assist you like we always have. If you need assistance or have questions, please donít hesitate to contact our offices.
