Due to the Eighth Circuit Court’s jury calendar, all Eighth Circuit Probate Motion Dockets are closed in January 2025. Please contact the Court to schedule a specially set hearing for any Probate Motion during the month of January.

NEW CASE COURT APPROVED AND MINOR SETTLEMENT FILING PROCESS
RE: Joint Order 10/16/23 and 8th Circuit Order 6/21/24

All Court Approved and Minor Settlement Filings shall be presented to 8th Circuit Court
prior to filing for consideration.  Upon Judge approval and signature of the order, the filings
will be presented to the Clerk’s Office for payment, filing and record keeping.
