The following is a list of exceptions and disclaimers regarding the dockets published of the Davidson County Circuit Court Clerk’s website.

Circuit Court

Motion and Assignment Dockets – Motion and Assignment Dockets will be heard according to the following schedule. Changes to this schedule are posted throughout the year so please check this page often.

3rd Circuit Contempt and Show Cause Dockets – The 3rd Circuit Court does not publish a schedule for its Show Cause Docket. However, Order of Protection Cases are normally heard on Monday and other Show Cause/Contempt cases are heard on Thursday. If you need information regarding a specific date not published here, please contact the 3rd Circuit Court. The Clerk’s Office cannot answer questions regarding the 3rd Circuit Court’s Contempt and Show Cause Docket schedule.

4th Circuit Contempt and Show Cause Dockets – The 4th Circuit Court does not publish a schedule for its Show Cause Docket. There are no Civil Dockets on the following days for the remainder of 2021:
