Circuit Court
Irreconcilable Differences Divorce. Both parties agree.
Both parties agree. Cases with or without minor children are allowed. At least one party is a Davidson County resident or the parties separated in Davidson County.
$184.50 without minor children. $259.50 with minor children. Notary $2.50. Copies $0.50 per page.
