PLEASE NOTE: If you hold a commercial driver’s license issued in any state, you are not eligible to attend Defensive Driving classes per 49 C.F.R. §384.226 and T.C.A. §55-10-301(c). This applies regardless of the type of vehicle being operated at the time of the violation.
You can determine if your violation is eligible for Traffic School by visiting the Traffic School web site, contacting the office by phone at 615-862-8345, or visiting the Traffic School Office in Suite 1170 of the Justice A.A. Birch Building located at 408 2nd Avenue North during normal business hours.
