We have exciting news! On April 15th, 2024, Clerk Joseph P. Day unveiled a revamped CaseLink Public Inquiry System. The new CaseLink website now includes a new non-subscription feature called General CaseSearch. General CaseSearch is an open access search tool which provides general case information on Circuit, Probate and General Sessions-Civil cases currently available to the public.
CaseLink remains the subscription based public inquiry system that provides 24/7 access to images, case alerts and additional case information not available through General CaseSearch. Subscribers to CaseLink will be introduced to a refreshed landing page, interface, and design.
Upon being elected, Clerk Day received numerous requests for free public access to records of all offices under his purview. This new initiative aligns with the Clerk’s mission for his offices to innovate in ways that will benefit the citizens of Nashville and Davidson County.
The new CaseLink Public Inquiry System which features General CaseSearch and CaseLink Subscription will now be accessible through the web (https://caselink.nashville.gov) or the Circuit Court Clerk’s mobile application available on the Google Play store or the Apple App store.
